Super Challenge begins with men's and women's teams. The men play Singles, two
Pairs, 2-bowl Triples and Fours and the ladies play Singles, Pairs and Fours.
Night Bowls Come and enjoy a
social game under the lights in the cool of the evening.
Social night bowls will continue on
Wednesday nights as open triples. Dress is mufti.
Friday nights are Learn to Bowlnights when new
bowlers are invited to come and try their hand. Flat soled shoes are required.

Sunday 24 February, 9 a.m. Come and
have a say in the selection of the new committee or, better still, have a say in
the management of the Club by standing for the committee.
Irish Night
A three course meal with entertainment and dancing at 6 p.m. on Friday 14
March. Door prizes, raffles, best Irish costume. Don the green
and make up a party. $20 per head. Seats are limited, so book early.
Easter Medley
Wednesday 19 March all day. Mixed teams of five
playing singles, pairs, triples and fours. Lunch provided.
Corned Beef and Cabbage Day Wednesday 7 May, 9:30 a.m. Mixed triples
followed by lunch, arranged by the ladies.
Corporate Challenge
Sunday 18 May, 1 p.m. Postponed from
20 April when it was washed out. A mixed fours match between teams from local
businesses followed by a barbecue and salad dinner. Always a good social
occasion with lots of fun and networking. See the

Buderim were overall winners with 245 shots to Rivercity 182. Winning Buderim
team with +20 were Laurel Learoyd (lead), Cliff Jorgensen (2), Lesley Christian
(3) and Janet Godfrey (skip). Winning Rivercity team with +11 were Eddie Duffy
(lead), Margaret Crooke (2), Sophia Wooding (3) and Dick Eustace (skip).

Barefoot Bowls The popular barefoot bowls begins again
for members of the community on Friday nights under lights from 6 p.m. and on
Sunday afternoons from 1 p.m. All that is needed is flat soled shoes and $5.
Bowls are supplied. A sausage sizzle is available.
